Help us build better emergency care tools
When waiting for help to arrive
There are no right or wrong answers. We'll ask about your real experiences first, then introduce T.R.U.S.T. Argus near the end. You can skip any question. Your answers are saved automatically as you go.
What is T.R.U.S.T. Argus?
T.R.U.S.T. Argus is an emergency medical assistant built for parents, caregivers, and everyday people. It is not an AI that depends on connectivity. It works offline on your phone, using proprietary model datasets to help identify an injury and provides basic first aid guidance. You can Scan Injury, Stabilize, and Report without a signal, then Connect and send your injury report when a connection is available.

Your experience
Questions 1–5: your experience waiting for help
Tell us about the last time you, your child, or someone near you was injured and you were waiting for help to arrive.
In that moment, what was the hardest part?
How confident did you feel about whether the injury was serious or not?
What did you actually do in the minutes before help arrived?
Did you (or someone) call 911 for that emergency?
If yes — what was that call like? What did you say first?

Looking back, was there information the dispatcher or responders wanted that you struggled to give clearly?

About T.R.U.S.T. Argus
Here's what we're building
Imagine an app on the phone you already carry. When someone is hurt and you're waiting for help, it works even with no signal to:
- Scan the injury for guidance on how serious it may be (decision support — not a diagnosis)
- Stabilize — walk you through first-aid steps in the right order
- Report — build a clear, structured injury summary
- Connect — send that report to 911 / NG911 once you have signal

T.R.U.S.T. Argus provides basic first aid to help stabilize an injury and ease stress — so you can more clearly tell what happened. It is not a doctor's diagnosis.
How comfortable would you feel using that kind of help in an emergency?

Imagine you could hand paramedics or a doctor a clear summary of what happened — so you don't have to remember every detail under stress.

We're launching with a freemium version so people can start using T.R.U.S.T. Argus and share feedback that helps improve Argus. Freemium includes unlimited scans. Optional Premium adds mass-casualty (MCI) triage and unlimited profiles for family, teams, and workforce members — about $2.99/month or ~$29.99/year.
Is $2.99/month or ~$29.99/year a fair price?

Free emergency basics stay available.
What would make choosing optional Premium clearly worth it?
A low-cost family plan (~$29.99/year) would cover everyone in your household during the freemium growth period.
Does that change anything for you?
